Mint() is permissionless and always mints(Random() % 4000) × 10^15 units to one hardcoded constant (finfire) — 0xDD89fC734FC6E9408E2d1f6CDc1FFc7491d3249b (finfire, constant). No hardcap exists anywhere in the verified source. The public acquisition route BuyWithAffection sells the finite deploy-minted inventory (≤10M) 1:1 for AFFECTION — that inventory is the de-facto public supply cap, and it is now exhausted [chain]: inventory 0, totalSupply 43,702,706.98, so all new supply accrues to finfire only.
