Method — Coverage (completeness by construction)

The reference core’s coverage units are mechanically defined:

• every census child (dual-method census — blockscout internal-create index ∪ per-tx receipt pass, every row RPC-verified),
• every classified contract (minters, reserves, shared infrastructure, the Maria corpora, the addresses-sol named layer, the pinned bridge set),
• every pool of interest (both PulseX factories crawled end-to-end).

No editorial selection decides what exists in the core, so the core cannot cherry-pick. Wherever selection does enter a page (examples, top-N tables, “notable” callouts), the selection rule is stated on the page in the form “rule @ block N” (e.g. “top 20 by WPLS-anchored liquidity @ block 27,435,924”).

Community taxonomies (“t-share eco”, curated spines, tracker lists) are recorded as aliases on entity pages and in the Community-record layer; they never define classes. Where they failed verification, the divergence is recorded, not silently corrected.

The IRC corpus ships complete and verbatim with its own browser; any curated excerpt of it lives only in the quarantine layer until the review pipeline approves a reviewed selection.
